Overview
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Support Specialist – 1st Shift (SUD Treatment) to join our day shift team in Concord, MA (NEW Facility!). This role supports clients throughout the day, helping to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment while ensuring daily routines and programming run smoothly. Location and Schedule
Location: Concord, MA (NEW Facility!) Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Compensation
Pay Rate: $20 per hour Key Responsibilities
Support new admissions, including paperwork and orientation as needed Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior during the day Document observations and interactions accurately in shift logs Respond to emergencies or crises in collaboration with clinical staff Ensure a calm, structured environment that supports client safety and stability Assist with groups, activities, or medication lines under supervision Maintain adherence to schedules and treatment protocols Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications
