Overview
As the Sr Director Nursing Acute Care Services at California Hospital, you will be responsible for services including acute-care medical and surgical units, telemetry, and the nursing office.
Responsibilities
Direct the operations, work with senior leadership on strategy and key initiatives, and collaborate with the Med/Surg Director, Tele Director, and other front-line leaders to maintain high standards of patient care in fast-paced environments.
With the newly opened Patient Tower, participate in efforts to advance the hospital as a hub for a full range of services beyond the traditional hospital, and help realize the goal of being more than a hospital for the community.
Support programs addressing health equity and social justice, including initiatives like the Hope Street Margolis Family Center and Homeless Health Initiative, to lift health outcomes in the community.
Promote efficiency, leadership excellence, and alignment with the hospital's mission and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
Required Education And Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g., BSN) or equivalent education and experience, and a Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
Minimum of three (3) years of nurse leadership experience required.
Licensure
Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
