As the Reliability Manager, you are more than a manager—you are the local champion of reliability. Lead with Safety & Reliability – Guide maintenance and tooling teams to execute both preventive and reactive maintenance across a wide range of equipment, including injection molding machines, molds, robots, extruders, and more. Maximize Performance – Use root cause analysis and lean practices to minimize downtime, optimize costs, and drive KPIs. Develop & Mentor – Build technical capability through training, coaching, and career development programs that strengthen your team and improve retention. Drive Innovation – Partner with plant leadership to implement national best practices and reliability improvement initiatives. Manage Facilities & Vendors – Oversee contractors, building systems, and equipment to ensure compliance, safety, and top performance. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or 8+ years of proven technical management experience. Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Strong background in root cause analysis, process development, and continuous improvement. Safety-focused mindset with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team. Why Join Us?
