Overview
Strategic Integration Outreach Specialist – KBR, Inc. This position supports KBR’s National Security Solutions team, providing high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The work aims to support national security objectives and involves outreach, engagement, and strategic integration across IC and DoD environments. Responsibilities
Perform strategic integration across multiple aspects of the program and across IC and DoD offices to assist with outreach and awareness. Guide Developers in integration: advise software applications developers and users in the integration and use of applications associated with program-specific hardware. Coordinate with the customer Front Office and enterprise teams to develop content for strategic executive-level presentations and documents, including technical, programmatic, or graphics materials such as conference presentations and capabilities briefs. Support and help develop governance policy and processes for CONOPs of new programs, understanding current policies and developing additional policies to support unique program CONOPs with Functional Managers on authorities and responsibilities. Support outreach activities to inform, educate, interact with key IC and DoD members, and coordinate/distribute material to internal and external management. Manage Outreach and Engagement meeting processes and procedures, including scheduling meetings, attending working groups, preparing outreach materials, taking notes, and updating engagement pages. Analyze actions and track to closure, taking precise meeting notes and updating engagement confluence pages. Maintain a general understanding of digital industry trends such as Data Analytics, DevSecOps, and containerization/micro-services; knowledge of satellite and space-based technologies supporting Joint multi-service operations; knowledge of Operations Research/Systems Analysis. Interact with senior executives by writing correspondence or white papers, developing executive briefings, and participating in executive-level meetings. Minimum Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor's degree in STEM (Master's degree preferred) 10+ years of experience Strong engineering skills with overhead space systems and supporting ground architectures Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community and DoD Experience with overhead systems, programs, and activities Experience interacting with senior executives, including writing correspondence or white papers, developing executive briefings, and participating in executive-level meetings Familiarity with developers’ offerings to satisfy customer needs Experience developing training materials for executive level and technical SMEs Strong communication skills; ability to present technical material clearly Experience delivering training in person or remotely Ability to manipulate graphics, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations to communicate These items reflect the role and requirements as described by the posting.
