CNC PROGRAMMER/DRAFTER Senior Recruiter / Company Context:

In this role, you’ll work closely with our engineers to transform ideas into detailed designs, program 3- and 5-axis CNC machines, and support the creation of molds for FRP production. If you love precision machining, creative problem-solving, and building high-quality products, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do
Create CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and Blender. Program and run 3- and 5-axis CNC machines using PowerMill or Fusion 360. Support FRP mold design and machining for open/closed mold processes. Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and resolve production challenges. Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. What You’ll Bring
5+ years of CNC programming/drafting experience. Strong hands-on skills with 3- and 5-axis CNC machines. Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAM software (PowerMill or Fusion 360). Experience machining composites (preferably FRP). Ability to read/manipulate STL and Solid files. Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a team player. Bonus points for: RTM mold design, wet layup/infusion knowledge, ADDA or CSWA certification, and advanced 5-axis PowerMill strategies.
