Perform penetration testing to assess security posture. Provide detailed analysis and identification of vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and networks, including gaps in security guidance and assessment of mitigation strategies. Act as an ethical white hat attacker (red team) to simulate cyberattacks, and/or as a defensive cybersecurity (blue team) to harden systems against attacks. Develop and coordinate penetration testing Rules of Engagement, System Test Plans, and Test Reports. Recommend remediation actions to reduce risk exposure. Offer technical expertise on penetration testing tools and environments. Support cybersecurity exercises, tool development, and deployment. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, IT, engineering, math, or related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the last 3 years. One of the following certifications: Red team: OSCP, OSCE, OSWP, OSWE, CEH practical, ECSA practical, LPT Master, GCIH, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, GAWN. Blue team: CND, CNDA, GCIH, GCIA, GDAT, GDSA, GCED, GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst. US citizenship required. Must pass a Public Trust background check prior to start.
