What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Enable pre-sales engineers on integration architecture, minimizing customer escalations while ensuring field teams can effectively position platform capabilities Guide customer architecture decisions related to Zoom’s developer best practices and third-party system integration Maintain fluency in modern integration methods, including iPaaS platforms and emerging standards Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather market feedback and connect capabilities across Zoom's platforms Develop and deliver enablement content, including training sessions and technical deep-dives What is Required (Qualifications):
3–5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including solutions architecture, sales engineering, or integration specialist work Good understanding of integration architecture, data flow, and iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, n8n) Demonstrated ability in writing code and scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) with the ability to read and debug technical implementations AI fluency with an understanding of MCP, agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration patterns Ability to present complex architectures clearly to both technical and business audiences How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) Familiarity with various integration architectures and best practices Previous experience in a fast-paced technology environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
