Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer with 4 – 10 years of experience to join our team in Las Cruces or El Paso. The position will focus primarily on water/wastewater related projects, including but not limited to supply, conveyance, treatment, and disposal. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is eager to lead and grow as a professional working in a fast-paced team environment in our La Cruces, NM office. The position may include production management, project management, contracting, mentoring and client management. This position provides the opportunity to not only work with water/wastewater projects but collaborate with other sectors’ projects as well. Responsibilities

Interact well with other team members within the Wilson & Company team, while often working independently. Contact and visit clients for business development / marketing, including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars. Demonstrate a high degree of intrapersonal and communication skills. Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills. Manage and develop business client relationships. Proficiently manage a wide range of water and wastewater projects to meet client schedules and budgets. Mentor engineers in training and design staff in project execution and client expectations. Maintain an excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles. Required Experience

BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering emphasis MS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering is preferred 4-10 years of experience TXPE License or the ability to obtain a license in 6 months is required Experience with plan production, familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD MEP3d, AutoCAD Plant3d, or Revit is preferred Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations as well as technical report writing Experience with hydraulic modeling utilizing WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, or InfoSewer Job Location

Las Cruces, New Mexico Annual Salary Range
