Design and Develop Marketing Automation Solutions Architect, design, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support multi-channel campaigns. Build and maintain journeys, automations, and cross-channel experiences with a focus on scalability and performance. Automation and Personalization Implement advanced automation, personalization rules, and triggers to deliver meaningful, timely interactions. Develop dynamic content and personalized messaging using AMPscript, SSJS, and personalization strings. Data Management and Integration Leverage Data Cloud to unify customer data and build actionable segments for personalized messaging. Manage and optimize data extensions, contact models, and segmentation strategies. Leverage APIs, SFTP, and integration frameworks to connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with internal and external systems. Ensure ongoing data hygiene, quality, and governance. Mobile Engagement Lead the development and execution of campaigns using Mobile Studio (SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging). Align mobile engagement strategies with broader omni-channel campaigns. Optimization and Analytics Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize engagement and conversion. Use Einstein tools and other analytics to measure performance, recommend improvements, and inform strategy. Create dashboards and reporting for marketing and business stakeholders. Compliance and Best Practices Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CTIA, and other regulations. Champion digital best practices across design, deliverability, and data privacy. Documentation and Collaboration Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and translate requirements into solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification required (Marketing Cloud Developer certification preferred). Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, including hands-on experience with: Data Cloud for customer unification and audience segmentation. Mobile Studio for SMS, push, and mobile engagement. Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder. Advanced proficiency in SQL for segmentation and reporting. Strong skills in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience working in Snowflake and/or Amazon S3 is a plus. Demonstrated experience with personalization, testing methodologies, and campaign optimization. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Perks and Benefits

Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. About the Company
