IT Applications Specialist – SAP

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Information Technology (IT) is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
Proficient experience with SAP ECC, BW, FICO, and various SAP modules.
Strong skills in systems analysis, design, and project management.
Familiarity with SAP development (ABAP/debugging) and cloud solutions would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for SAP, EDI, web portals, and external partners.
Oversee and monitor the SAP PO/PI/XI EDI solutions.
Provide analytical support for SAP business systems and modules.
Design and implement interfaces to connect manufacturing processes with SAP.
Evaluate user requests and deliver effective solutions.
Pursue system enhancements and support ongoing optimization efforts.
Stay updated on changes in technology plans, software systems, and security protocols.

Location: Rosemont, IL area. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a hybrid work arrangement—3 days in the office and 2 days remote after onboarding. You’ll engage in SAP analysis, integration, and systems development tasks while leveraging SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, HR), EDI, portals, and web integration projects. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus. Benefits include preventive care, prescription options, imaging and diagnostic testing, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a robust 401K plan with a 6% match, among others.
