Our work spans development, general contracting, and the full spectrum of project delivery-from conception through construction and completion. Responsibilities
Lead projects through all phases - planning, budgeting, permitting, procurement, construction, close-out. Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders: architects, engineers, subcontractors, local authorities, internal teams. Manage schedules, cost control, risk management, and contract administration. Ensure quality design, stakeholder collaboration, and alignment of creative design with financial performance. Drive professional growth, mentorship, and increasing responsibility within the team. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing commercial real estate/construction projects (or related development+construction experience). Proven experience leading projects through all phases: planning, budgeting, permitting, procurement, construction, close-out. Strong skills in project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and contract administration. Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, local authorities, and internal teams. Proficiency with construction management tools, scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera), and cost tracking/financial analysis. Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present updates to senior leadership. Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities; ability to handle ambiguity and make trade-offs. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail and deadlines.
