A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice works with private equity held portfolio companies and provides our clients with solutions to preserve and generate value for their businesses. Our goal is to improve transparency to key drivers and business performance, to support increasing cash and EBITDA, and to provide benefits through hands-on involvement in our clients’ operations. Our job is to support PE firms to ensure their portfolio companies have credible plans and the ability to execute and deliver financial outcomes. Responsibilities

PEPI CFO Services Manager, Digital Finance: Lead digital finance transformation initiatives, including assessment of finance and accounting functions and implementation of digital technologies to improve efficiency and transparency (RPA, Finance Analytics, NLG, Predictive Forecasting models). Hypothesis / Scope Development: Connect with client to facilitate information gathering, guide client interviews, define analyses needed to prove or disprove assumptions, apply industry knowledge to identify business drivers and issues, develop framework, and develop actionable conclusions. Project Management and Implementation: Lead components of projects with multiple service lines and smaller projects independently; proactively manage client expectations and risks; develop straightforward actionable plans and lead individual workstreams; design cash generating initiatives and EBITDA improvements; anticipate risks and communicate contingencies; engage with senior management to obtain buy-in. Leadership: Guide team, manage client relationships, take accountability for issues, build teams, ensure financial acumen and P&L/B/S accountability, drive change management, analyze financial statements and streamline processes. Qualifications

Graduate of accredited 4-year college/university with concentration in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not required. Experience with Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, and data visualization. 8+ years in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills. CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required. The salary range is $125,000-$190,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
