Front Desk Agent
(Guest Service Agent) to join our Front Office Team in an On-Call capacity. We emphasize personalized services with the spirit of Aloha and focus on the importance of learning and sharing our Hawaiian Culture and History with our colleagues and guests. Responsibilities
Front Desk Agents are responsible for directly interacting with guests throughout their stay. From the arrival and check-in process through check-out and departures, our Front Desk Agents provide information about the Resort, Restaurants, Spa, and surrounding areas to provide an exceptional experience. Qualifications
Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with guests Ability to interact with a diverse clientele Open availability, including overnights and weekends Comfortable with fast-paced environment A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Refined verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time The hourly rate of pay for this position is $27.27 - $34.09.
