We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Harmony ABA Centers. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and other team members. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and analyze progress data, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice as outlined by the BACB. Qualifications
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Must hold or be eligible to obtain Texas Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX before starting work. Benefits
