To be part of this next phase of digital advertising that prioritizes data privacy, please visit www.gumgum.com/careers The Senior Account Manager is a critical role within the Customer Success department that partners directly with Sales to service our advertising agency partners and execute campaigns to meet client targets. The Senior Account Manager ensures campaign performance exceeds expectations while updating, educating, and building relationships with clients. This role also involves managing all aspects of campaigns internally, working with Design, Advertising Operations, and Engineering teams to set up campaigns according to KPIs. Additionally, the Senior Account Manager will train and mentor junior team members in industry best practices and company processes. Note:

What You'll Achieve Take ownership of GumGum's renewal business and support the end-to-end client experience Build strategic, long-lasting relationships with key clients Attend meetings, present campaign performance, and communicate optimizations Identify growth opportunities within existing campaigns Drive growth strategies for key accounts Support Sales in managing strategic opportunities, understanding the client pipeline, and coordinating internal teams to execute campaigns. Work with AdOps to implement and manage campaigns, ensuring organized details and adherence to turnaround times. Lead pod meetings with clear goals and align success metrics across departments. Own the Account Management Team's education program in collaboration with other Senior Account Managers. Skills You'll Bring BA/BS in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or equivalent experience 3+ years in digital media, preferably in online verticals — Account Management or Media Planning Excellent communication skills Intermediate PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills Deep understanding of advertising metrics and client reporting Proficiency with online advertising terms, concepts, and revenue models Familiarity with Doubleclick, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, Millward Brown, Upwave, Salesforce, DoubleVerify, and JIRA is preferred. The estimated base salary range is $93,000 - $111,500 annually, with actual compensation based on qualifications, location, and market factors.
