Overview Sales Trainer

role at Brady Europe, Middle-East & Africa. Based either at our Manheim, PA or Salt Lake City, UT facilities, reporting to the Sr Director of Healthcare Sales. The Sales Trainer will empower the sales team with knowledge, skills and confidence to successfully sell our Connected Identification Solutions – including printers, scanners, labels, wristbands and other healthcare-focused products. These solutions support patient safety and clinical efficiency across acute and non-acute care environments. The ideal candidate will design, coordinate, deliver, maintain, and evaluate all sales onboarding, continuous learning, and development training, covering systems, selling skills, products, procedures, and processes in group, individual, and web-based settings, and will develop creative learning tools and job aids using needs assessments and skill-level analysis.

What You'll Be Doing

Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales training objectives, priorities, and strategies aligned with our business goals for field, inside and strategic sellers.

Develop and maintain a library of sales training resources, including sales collateral, playbooks, battle cards, and training materials that improve seller performance and results in improved pipeline velocity, while creating feedback loops with sales to collect insights for ongoing enablement improvement.

Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they understand our products/services, target market, buyer personas, and sales processes.

Develop and facilitate ongoing training sessions, workshops, and certifications to enhance the sales team’s knowledge, sales skills, objection handling, and competitive positioning.

Utilize outside training resources to ensure aligned sales training based on a common philosophy.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify gaps in sellers’ knowledge, skills, or abilities, design and execute plans to close these gaps.

Collaborate with sales operations to optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Partner with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales enablement initiatives and overall go-to-market strategy.

Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to gather feedback, address concerns and drive alignment on key initiatives.

Track and report on training effectiveness and ensure alignment to sales strategy.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of sales enablement, training experience and/or education

5+ years of healthcare experience, sales training or sales enablement (medsurg/medtech preferred)

Ability to establish KPIs, testing effectiveness of training/content, collaboration effectiveness

Strong understanding of Hospital workflows and patient ID (ER, Admit, OR, Lab, Pharmacy or L&D)

Ability to influence sellers, sales leaders and cross functional support

Proven track record of designing, coordinating, and administering creative training and talent development programs through various facilitation techniques.

Ability to recognize and adjust training to meet individual learning and motivational styles, ensuring participant success.

Proficiency in solution/consultative selling frameworks (Challenger, Miller Heiman, SPIN)

Experience with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Travel up to 25%, with remainder of role being on-site
