BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a tax associate to join its Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team in Dallas, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of an expanding team that serves diverse client needs. The role involves working with for-profit and nonprofit developers on affordable multifamily housing projects across the U.S.
Duties
Represent developers in the development, acquisition, and sale of affordable housing. Utilize federal, state, and local affordable housing programs. Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal services. Requirements
Experience in partnership tax and federal income tax credits. Member in good standing of any state bar. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Education
LLM in Taxation preferred. Certifications
Skills
