We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of technology solutions that align with business needs and global standards. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in the TDP (Technical Dealer Portal) domain, working closely with business partners, product teams, and global stakeholders to ensure solutions are effective, compliant, and add value across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of solutions that address business requirements and support organizational objectives. Ensure all developed solutions adhere to architecture guidelines, specifications, quality requirements, and Volvo standards, tools, and platforms. Define and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, including scope, timelines, and specifications. Develop and execute test plans; coordinate and conduct user acceptance and integration testing to validate solutions prior to production deployment. Collaborate with product teams to ensure product availability, stability, and performance. Engage with the Dealer Engagement Stable Team to understand both North America and global TDP processes. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for end-to-end processes within the TDP domain. Identify, propose, and implement new features and solutions that enhance the TDP product. Resolve business issues in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely solutions. Document and monitor evolving requirements, including those driven by legal, regulatory, or customer experience needs. Required Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing multiple projects in dynamic, global environments. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, balancing competing priorities, and fostering collaboration. Strong interpersonal, relationship management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams. Salary Range: $90,000-135,000 The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
