The Beverage Supervisor supervises staff during events, monitors bars and bartenders, conducts audits and closeouts of bars throughout events, circulates to check on barstaff and barbacks, fills orders if needed, and monitors the beverage cage as required. Job Functions
Specific duties include but are not limited to: Checking on staffing Checking that bars are stocked Ensuring readiness prior to doors opening Audits during the event End-of-night closeout Final check that bars are locked and cleaned Qualifications
Extremely organized and detail oriented, with a focus on quality and consistency Passion for diversity, inclusion, and equity efforts Excellent interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic; team-first mentality with eagerness to learn Ability to maintain and abide by organizational confidentiality standards Ability to work under fluid deadlines and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
