Data Migration Solution Lead/Tech Lead - Oracle Health at Oracle. This onsite role is in Arlington, VA; no remote work. Due to the Federal nature of the assignment, US Citizens are required at this time. This is a critical, high-visibility role focused on a large Federal healthcare modernization program. The candidate should be a problem solver who can work with stakeholders at all levels, multi-task under pressure, and perform tasks such as technical analysis and troubleshooting. Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of enterprise Federal healthcare data migration objectives including extract, transform, and load activities from multiple legacy data sources to Oracle solutions. Provide oversight and guidance for multiple teams across Oracle organizations, including consultants, developers, engineers, operations, support, contracting, operational excellence, communications, and reporting. Interact with and communicate effectively with team members from developer to senior executive levels. Operate as a self-starter with clarity when requirements are ambiguous and manage schedule, risk, and issues. Possibly engage in hands-on work with software specifications, designs, data mapping, etc. Translate business requests into functional and technical requirements and distill complex activities into clear written, visual, and verbal communications for all stakeholders including internal and external end users. Strong project management skills including SDLC and PMLC, issue and risk management, and data modeling/mapping/analysis. Qualifications

At least a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent. 7-10 years in enterprise software deployment. At least 5 years in a Healthcare IS/IT role. At least 3 years of experience with Millennium applications and data model. Experience in application data migration (ETL approach) and technical requirements development. Contract or requirements management experience; Millennium core build and interface development; Millennium configuration with build tools (e.g., Bedrock); HealtheIntent population health experience (consultant/analyst, developer, etc.). Top skills: project management, issue/risk management, business analysis, functional requirements, data modeling/mapping/analysis, interface development/configuration/management, software development (any methodology), technical documentation, and SQL/Spark/database queries. Benefits

US: Hiring range in USD from $87,000 to $178,100 per year; may be eligible for bonus and equity.
