International Financial is looking for a
Senior Accounting Consultant
to join our dynamic Accounting Team. In this crucial role, you’ll evaluate leasing transactions for proper accounting recognition, record journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and prepare local financial data for consolidation with our parent company. As an integral part of the team, you\'ll report to the Accounting Manager and be based at our Lisle headquarters in Illinois. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to key accounting processes while gaining invaluable experience with a fast-growing organization. This position is based at our Lisle, Illinois headquarters. Candidates must be available to work on-site. Ensure a smooth and timely financial close process, including preparing monthly journal entries and performing account reconciliations. Collaborate closely with operational teams to align accounting practices with strategic goals, ensuring accurate reporting of new or significant transactions. Drive efficiency across the organization by streamlining the accounting function and optimizing close cycle timing. Work with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely and efficient audit completion. Take ownership of special projects and perform other duties as needed to support the team’s success Minimum Requirements
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting At least 5 years of accounting experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Bachelor\u2019s degree and CPA At least 5 years of accounting experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master\u2019s degree in Accounting At least 3 years of accounting experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master\u2019s degree and CPA At least 3 years of accounting experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements

CPA strongly preferred to bring expert-level knowledge and drive success. Experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills to streamline and enhance financial processes. Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to take initiative and lead projects with minimal supervision. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex financial information clearly and confidently.
