Job Title:
Senior Audit Manager We're seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our growing team at a mid-size CPA firm in Michigan. The ideal candidate will lead complex audit engagements, manage client relationships, and play a key role in developing our audit practice. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple audit engagements across various industries Ensure high-quality audit services and compliance with professional standards Develop and implement audit strategies and methodologies Manage and mentor audit teams, including managers and senior staff Build and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to business development and proposal efforts Assist in resolving complex accounting and auditing issues Participate in firm-wide initiatives and quality control procedures Requirements
CPA license 8+ years of public accounting experience, with at least 3 years at the manager level Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously Proficiency in audit software and data analytics tools Preferred Qualifications
