Newmark . Responsibilities include: Preparing complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties, with oversight and review by senior staff. Conducting appraisals to establish market value of commercial properties. Making independent decisions and providing judgment in developing appraisals for complex properties. Inspecting properties and engaging directly in client meetings. Completing formal review responses and rebuttal letters as needed. Maintaining knowledge of current regulations, zoning laws, and appraisal standards. Understanding and utilizing all necessary software and data sources. Performing other duties as assigned. Skills, Education, and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in real estate, economics, finance, or related field; MS or MBA preferred. State Certified General Appraiser License. 3-6 years of professional experience in commercial real estate appraisal. Proficiency in writing appraisal reports and reviews of complex properties. Knowledge of valuation concepts, real estate terminology, and property tax processes. Experience with Argus software. Strong analytical, writing, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Additional Information: Normal working conditions. Equal Opportunity Employer.
