position reports to the FP&A Senior Manager, and will work closely with the Finance team as well as cross-functional teams across the company. We are looking for a self-starter with strong analytical skills who can clearly communicate findings to a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can analyze large datasets, be proactive and enthusiastic as they dig into data and trends, and show initiative by identifying and solving problems. What You’ll Do

Assume ownership of various monthly revenue and expense models, ensuring accurate reporting and providing support for budgeting and forecasting analyses. Maintain and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly materials for financial review meetings, highlighting variances to Forecast/Plan/Prior Year. Present findings to senior leaders, clearly communicating changes, drivers, and future trends. Build and analyze dashboards in Excel and data visualization tools, drawing conclusions and insights to provide recommendations for Finance and across the organization. Assist with the investigation, evaluation, and assessment of data, partnering with business intelligence to develop standardized reporting and dashboards. Strive to improve processes, reporting, procedures, and assist the team with ad hoc requests. Use insights to drive forecasting improvements and operating decisions. Support the enterprise-wide annual budget process, including consolidating inputs across the organization and delivering an informed perspective on results. Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting 4+ years of related experience with budget planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity) Demonstrate proactive ownership of financial processes, taking initiative to identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact business operations Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines Strong Excel skills with a thorough understanding of financial modeling, formula efficiency, pivot tables, and data management Comfortable working with complex datasets Understanding of general accounting and financial management Ability to link business dynamics and product performance to financial outcomes and deliverables Experience in digital advertising and technology companies is preferred Knowledge of programmatic environments, SSPs/DSPs, and how digital media is transacted is a plus Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, level, skills, experience, location, and internal equity. The estimated salary range for this role is between $68,000 - $129,000. This role is eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
