Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) designs and manufactures high-speed cable and connector products used for AI compute and networking applications by hyperscale and datacom customers. Position overview: We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance, to partner with business and operational stakeholders and optimize returns on capital investment and support the CSBU commercial and financial strategy. This role will be in-person, based out of our Lisle headquarters. What You Will Do

Work with business, operations and plant stakeholders on capital investment for new product development and capacity expansions, providing insights and actionable recommendations to maximize returns and secure approval for required capital from Molex and Koch leadership. Identify and implement opportunities for profit growth, improved decision making and process improvement across the new product development and capital investment lifecycle. Use data insights to improve future economic decision-making. Coach business stakeholders on economic thinking and guide them on the correct financial treatment of new product development activities. Support monthly close and forecast reporting related to product development spend and capital investment. Support ad hoc analysis as appropriate. Develop a high frequency testing investment strategy (own vs outsource); plan manufacturing plant expansion and/or out-of-China manufacturing strategy; develop raw cable manufacturing strategy (make vs buy). Bachelor’s degree or higher 6+ years of work experience What Will Put You Ahead

Consulting, commercial finance, corporate strategy, corporate development or other strategic finance experience, or a degree in Finance, Economics or similar Experience working with international stakeholders and manufacturing plants Proven track record of transforming business through actionable insights Interest in and passion for technology markets (hardware, software, componentry, silicon); knowledge of data center architectures, machine learning / AI hardware applications Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and other data and ERP applications For this role, we anticipate paying $140,000-$160,000 per year.
