is partnering with a privately held real estate investment and property management firm on a confidential search for a
Chief Financial Officer . This is a key executive leadership role, reporting directly to ownership, with responsibility for financial strategy, capital management, and operational finance across a growing multifamily portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounting, tax, and audit Lead all financial planning, reporting, treasury, and risk management Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities Manage and mentor the finance/accounting team Optimize financial systems, processes, and controls Qualifications
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience Real estate or property management background required (multifamily strongly preferred) CPA and/or MBA preferred Equal Opportunity
