Optimum Partnered with a leading medical center in central South Carolina with an opening for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join their team.

Position Overview
Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday
Call Requirement: 3 weekends per year
Cases: Non-OR anesthesia, OR anesthesia, hearts
Facility: 27 ORs and 2 CVs
Trauma Designation: Level III
Medical Direction: 1:4
EMR: Epic
Board Certification: Required

Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Active unencumbered CNA (Certified Nurse Anesthetists) South Carolina state license
Graduate from a fully accredited CNA (Certified Nurse Anesthetists) program
One year of work experience as CNA (Certified Nurse Anesthetists)
One year of EMR experience
Board Certified
Skills / Abilities / Competencies Required
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
