Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Caregiver Recruiter role at Family Resource Home Care. Remote/WFH opportunity with location alignment to Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Pacific. Pay: $50k+ depending on experience (negotiable). Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager. Responsibilities
Recruit caregivers to join the organization in a high-volume recruiting environment. Manage the recruiting process from job posting to offer, including maintaining an ATS pipeline, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting 6–10 phone interviews per day, evaluating fit, and obtaining required signed documents before forwarding hire information to the coordinator. Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated. Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to understand the needs of each market and branch. Partner with the TA team to support high-volume needs or PTO coverage as needed. Identify and address gaps in the recruitment process and hiring matrix; continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting. Experience hiring 40+ employees per month. Ability to provide examples of past performance goals/metrics and outcomes that exceeded expectations. Three professional references (supervisor, colleague, and cross-functional stakeholder/partner). Ability to pass a federal background check. Education: Associate degree or higher. Experience in healthcare strongly preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. What We Offer
