Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for employee questions, provide support on onboarding, off-boarding and all employee events, and support day-to-day human resources activities.
Answer phones, prepare materials, conduct scheduling meetings, and respond to employment verification requests.
Assist employees with benefits, including education, completing enrollment forms, and changes/updates.
Create and maintain employee personnel and confidential records.
Assist with coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations and employee trainings.
This role will continue to grow for the right person.
Qualifications
1-2 years as a Human Resources Coordinator or Administrative Assistant, supporting an extremely fast-paced department.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word, ADP, ICIM's.
Strong communication skills, both via email and phone; customer service mindset; ability to learn new systems quickly.
Enjoy being in a role that supports HR Leaders and is a key part of the team.
