What You Will Do The Enterprise Product Manager is responsible for playing a crucial part in driving the successful vision, roadmap, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Legal Technology solutions. As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and a digital expert, you will lead, manage and collaborate with global business teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering seamless and efficient legal operations experiences as well as outcomes that matter for our people.

Key Responsibilities

Define vision, goals, and objective for the enterprise legal products

Co-shape strategic demand with the business and align business and technology strategies to technology delivery & roadmaps

Identify opportunities for process simplification, continuous improvement and optimization through Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence

Ensure governance and demand management processes are in place

Assess technology needs of the legal operations department

Research and evaluating the new and emerging legal technologies

Collaborate with technical and external partners in requirements analysis and design

Manage design, development, testing, and implementation of legal technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery

Build and maintain integrations in alignment with Enterprise standards

Ensure sustainable support models are implemented, measured and optimized

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, Finance and business leaders, to understand organizational needs and drive legal technology initiatives accordingly

Acting as a point of escalation for complex issues, providing guidance and support for effective resolution

Manage relationships with legal technology and other relevant vendors, ensuring effective utilization of technology solutions

Ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project statuses, challenges, and successes

Create and maintain SDLC and SOX documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Legal Technology and Product Management

Understanding of regional complexities & regulations to deploy global legal systems

Experience of SOX compliance

Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and successful project delivery

Experience with Agile software development processes

Ability to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders at various levels in the organization

Strategic thinking and big-picture orientation, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in managing relationships with technology vendors and consultants

What’s In It For You Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
