Requirements
Must have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related field from an accredited university, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing analysis, which encompasses vendor negotiations, global contract management, process enhancement, and both operational and financial analysis.
A minimum of 5 years in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, and operations.
At least 5 years of experience with construction services and materials procurement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement thorough sourcing strategies for construction services.
Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and competitive landscapes.
Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier relationships to drive efficiency and enhance performance.
Establish robust metrics and accountability mechanisms for supplier performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with our business objectives.
