As the Production Manager, you will oversee manufacturing processes, supervise production team members, ensure reliable and efficient operations, plan and organize production schedules, assess project and resource requirements, and facilitate training to achieve production goals. Schedule

12:30pm-11pm, Monday-Friday, with possible overtime on weekends. Responsibilities

Deliver results and grow the business. Support business plans supporting national, regional, and local TPM objectives, including strategy implementation. Lead teams to maximize productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Support operations to reduce costs. Develop and inspire diverse, high-performing teams. Encourage sharing of best practices, break down barriers, and resolve conflicts. Provide and solicit feedback to improve leadership. Maintain an inclusive environment. Communicate effectively, build team buy-in, and translate complex messages. Drive continuous process improvements and share best ideas. Build customer value by satisfying internal and external needs. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Coach and mentor team members to improve performance. Experience Required

At least 1 year in supervisory roles managing people and processes. At least 3 years in manufacturing environments. Proven ability to lead teams and improve plant KPIs. Knowledge of manufacturing management principles. Understanding of supply chain strategies and interdependencies. Experience with process improvement and Good Manufacturing Practices. Preferred Qualifications

ISO management systems experience (22000, 9000, 14001). Lean, Six Sigma, 5S certifications. Knowledge of food safety standards. Experience with continuous improvement, change management, and operational excellence. Familiarity with SAP. Technical Skills

HACCP certification preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment PMs. Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related field preferred. Skills

Work instructions, troubleshooting, group problem solving, leadership, computer literacy. Compensation

Pay Range: $101,000 - $115,000. Benefits include medical, financial, and other perks. Incentive: 15% of base pay, performance-based.
