Writing Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, and training Production Operators on their content. A Lean advocate who participates in Lean events and applies Lean thinking to day-to-day activity. Design and delivery of tooling and fixtures. Troubleshooting and resolving issues on the production floor. Member of the MRB team who develops Corrective Actions for Nonconformances. Experience & Qualifications
BS degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field 5+ years’ equivalent work experience; equivalent relevant work experience Experience in an industry with strict documentation controls Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens) Desired Skills
Problem solver capable of troubleshooting on the production floor Versatile engineer able to support multiple programs Experience working in an ESD-safe environment Knowledge of electrical test protocols Strong written and verbal communication skills Security & Diversity
