Role Summary

The Sr. Solutions Architect & Project Manager combines deep technical expertise with disciplined project leadership to scope, design, and deliver multi-phase technology initiatives from inception through closeout. This dual-capacity role is responsible for architecting scalable IT solutions while ensuring successful project execution, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical capability, strategic planning, and client engagement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving Netsurit’s Professional Services delivery excellence across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level technical support for complex escalations across servers, networks, virtualization, and enterprise applications. Conduct root cause analyses and implement long-term solutions for recurring system issues. Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure solutions, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and storage systems. Develop and maintain solution architectures and technical roadmaps aligned with client and Microsoft best practices. Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and governance frameworks. Project Management

Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and handover. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, budgets, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Ensure all projects meet agreed quality standards, budget, and time constraints. Provide project risk assessments and proactively manage scope changes and dependencies. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner closely with clients to translate business objectives into technical solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Serve as the primary technical advisor during project engagements and post-implementation support phases. Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and progress to all stakeholders. Team Development

Mentor and guide Tier 1 & Tier 2 engineers, promoting a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to best-practice frameworks. Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to enhance delivery methodologies and technical standards. Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure architecture, or systems engineering. At least 2+ years in a senior or Tier 3 technical capacity managing enterprise environments. Proven experience leading complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders and technical domains. Advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMware, and networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls). Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred). Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with project delivery discipline. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and client engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Server+. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (or equivalent). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification advantageous. Why Join Netsurit
