Design site layouts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments using AutoCAD, Civil3D, and H&H Software. Collaborate with architects, planners, and municipalities to translate large-scale visions into implemented designs. Develop grading, drainage, water, and sewer systems to ensure functionality and sustainability. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to guide development decisions. Navigate city codes and regulations while proposing innovative engineering solutions. Oversee construction progress to ensure projects are built to plan and standard. Integrate innovative technology and green infrastructure into urban developments. Attend meetings with city staff, clients, architects, and contractors. Manage multiple project assignments with various deadlines (PM+). Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification or plans to take FE Exam within the year Project engineer level roles require PE or ability to obtain within 6–12 months Minimum 3 years of civil engineering experience in land development or civil engineering (WR, W/WW, Land Development, Public Infrastructure, Structural, etc.) Seniority level
