Konik . Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid | Direct Hire | $65k - $80k Konik is partnering with an award-winning Residential Design firm seeking to add an Architect / Project Manager to their team. In this role, you will contribute to design and work throughout the design and documentation phases of custom residential projects. Additionally, you will interact with the clients and coordinate with consultants and contractors. Our client promotes work/life balance and provides an environment of collaboration, growth, and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively on new construction and remodel residential projects of varying scale Work within all design and construction phases, including code research, concept design, design development, construction documents, specifications of materials and products, and interior and exterior detailing. Interact with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors Contribute to an area of the practice that interests you (ie, marketing, operations, technology, etc.) within a small firm
Requirements
BArch, MArch degree from an accredited U.S. Architecture School. Licensed Architect or working towards licensure 5+ years of experience in architecture; single-family residential project experience is a must Knowledge of residential-scale construction techniques, systems, materials, and details. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
