Provide direct patient care during invasive cardiac electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implants (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders), and laser lead removal. Perform patient assessment, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist physicians with procedures. Support scrubbing, circulating, and stimming roles to ensure patient safety and comfort. Apply strong critical thinking; work in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment; participate in ongoing education and professional development. Enrollment in CHART Academy with the goal of taking and passing the RCES examination. Job Requirements
Current WA State RN license is required. 1+ year(s) of recent RN experience with acute care patients. CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing. Quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire; ongoing competency is required through internal facility resources.
