Job Responsibilities: Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to support communication and swallowing function Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians, to provide holistic care Educate residents and families on strategies for continued progress Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
