The Information Technology function is responsible for managing and overseeing the technology infrastructure that supports the organization’s operations. This includes the maintenance of hardware, software, networks, databases, and communication systems; ensuring that these systems are secure, efficient, and capable of supporting business objectives. Key responsibility areas include infrastructure management, software and systems maintenance and development, data management and security, technical support, and strategic planning and innovation. Responsible for overseeing the development of software solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. Implement solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and web services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs. Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce applications. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices. Oversee all stages of software development, ensuring quality, functionality, and alignment with company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives and customers. Manage resource allocation for software development projects and ensure compliance with software quality standards. Maintain technical knowledge and understanding of the latest development methodologies and best practices. Knowledge/Educational Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in software development and project management. Experience with Salesforce and CRM management is required, along with Salesforce certifications. Experience with Service Max or other Field Service management software is preferred. BS/BA degree in a technical field. Ability to scale up the effectiveness of a larger technical organization through mentoring and training. Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, prioritize, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions. 10+ years of experience converting complex business requirements into simplified, scalable software architectures.
