We are seeking an Entry-level Civil Engineer - Site Design (Assistant Engineer) to provide basic project design through CAD drafting, guide drafters on drawings, and prepare project schedules. The role may also involve research, technical report writing, and travel to job sites for observation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with project design elements for engineering projects using standard techniques and established methods. Perform entry-level plan production with clearly defined instructions. Gain knowledge and experience in design and modeling software. Receive guidance from senior staff on project schedules and technical calculations. Contribute to limited portions of a broader project under direct supervision. Gather and prepare research to support the assembly of technical reports. Possibly mentor student interns by answering questions and guiding routine assignments. May travel and work in varying terrain and weather conditions at project sites in different construction stages. Qualifications
