A Landscape Construction Foreman will be responsible for managing the installation of upgrades for commercial landscape maintenance accounts. You’d Be Responsible For
Conducting weekly job site inspections Completing job site checklists Installation of required materials for landscaping/irrigation/site development Scheduling delivery of materials and equipment Managing crews' production rates, quality control, and safety Assisting in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors Ensuring all employees attend weekly tailgate meetings Confirming safety protocols are followed, including traffic hazards, safety gear, underground alerts, and public safety checks Maintaining a hazardous communication folder with relevant chemical forms Reporting reckless activities and accidents as per company policy Adhering to internal control & compliance practices to safeguard assets, ensure segregation of duties, comply with laws, and maintain confidentiality You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
Knowledge of blueprints Leadership and crew management skills First aid certification Effective communication skills Attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic Bilingual in Spanish Minimum 3 years construction site experience Experience working near traffic and natural water bodies Ability to work 8+ hours/day, some overtime/weekend work Ability to work in extreme temperatures and sunlight Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., including loading/unloading materials Physical ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously Here’s What To Know About Working Here
