Overview

The Executive Compensation Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within executive compensation and contributes to directional strategy. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external clients. Significant impact on the team through complex deliverables. Work impacts Total Rewards and Culture, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of Human Resources. Responsibilities

Conducts market data review pertaining to all aspects of executive pay, including, but not limited to, quantum of pay, pay structure, pay design, and deferral features. Coordinates meeting materials and logistics for the Compensation, Performance Management and Culture Committee of the Board of Directors meetings. Collaborates with other disciplines such as tax, legal, finance, and technology, and impacts compensation end results through project management and client relationships. Focuses on regulatory initiatives within the Compensation function. Assists with compensation-related intricacies when onboarding high-level employees across the firm. Oversees the design and implementation of executive compensation strategy, policy, approach and plans, working closely with other Subject Matter Experts. Prepares written reports Citi Annual Proxy and partners with Legal to deliver them. Applies expertise to field more complex enquiries from senior executives. Develops relevant communication materials for Executive Compensation recipients. Applies technical expertise in Compensation principles, practices, and procedures in the completion of assignments. Impacts compensation end results through project management and client relationships. Partners and consults with HR Advisors and other Senior Compensation team members to implement and deliver on projects. Manages multiple projects across multiple teams and can influence decisions. Additional duties as assigned. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications

6-10 years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred Job Details
