Job Summary We are seeking a motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills to support the implementation of a partially developed automation system using a UR3e robot. This role is critical to ensure safe and consistent production of hot fasteners parts being deformed in a 50-ton press.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, configuration, and testing of the existing hot Crimp UR3e Robot.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support during implementation.

Collaborate with the project manager to ensure smooth integration into production.

Document processes and provide feedback for system optimization.

Develop and train operators to interface with the system.

Establish escalation plan for long term engineering and maintenance support.

Qualifications

Experience working with collaborative robots (UR3e preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Universal Robots programming and integration.

Experience in a high demand manufacturing or other work environments.
