Assistant Professor Endocrinology Faculty Opportunity University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston and South of Houston locations University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB Health) – Galveston, Texas UTMB Health is a large health science center with hospitals, outpatient clinics, Schools of Medicine, Nursing, Health Professions, Public and Population Health, a Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, research centers, and institutes. is seeking a full-time faculty candidate at the Assistant Professor level. The division provides inpatient and outpatient referral-based clinical Endocrinology care in all areas. This position may require travel to outpatient locations in Galveston and throughout the southern Houston metropolitan area. Faculty engage in education and mentorship, with a clinic footprint that includes specialty clinics for Bone Health, Obesity Medicine, Women’s Health, and Correctional Managed Care. The clinical schedule includes 8 half-day outpatient clinics per week and a weekend inpatient consult rotation.
