The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Utica is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). Location: Utica. Pay Range: $125,000-$175,000 Negotiable. As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. You will lead both the clinical and administrative teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of excellence in care. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Facility Management: Supervise all clinical and administrative operations within the facility, ensuring smooth, effective day-to-day functions. Financial Oversight: Oversee financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting for the facility. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure the facility’s operations comply with all state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Resident Advocacy: Advocate for resident rights and ensure their care is personalized, compassionate, and of the highest quality. Team Collaboration & Staff Development: Promote a collaborative, team-oriented environment among staff, emphasizing open communication and mutual respect. Qualifications & Requirements

Current New York State LNHA Certification. Proven leadership experience in a long-term care or healthcare management role. Strong performance management and team-building skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, document management, scheduling software). Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Compensation & Benefits
