Map current-state capabilities, value streams, data flows, and systems using BPMN or similar notation Facilitate workshops, interviews, and direct process observations to capture business needs Build ROI-focused cost-benefit analyses that forecast value creation and risk mitigation Design, automate, and maintain executive dashboards that track initiative health and KPI trends Monitor implementation health (scope, schedule, budget, risk) and escalate issues early What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s or MBA is advantageous 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role—preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or technology-enabled services environment Proven track record of building ROI-driven business cases and validating actual value delivered versus initial forecasts Hands-on expertise in mapping business capabilities and end-to-end processes (BPMN, value-stream mapping) Advanced data analysis and visualization skills: Excel, Power Query, Power BI or Tableau; ability to write SQL or DAX for self-service analytics How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
