Hardware Design/Test Engineer (Onsite)

Develop and execute development test procedures, system test performance and stability test procedures, and Regression/user acceptance test procedures. Develop automated tests using Selenium and/or Playwright. Scripting test tools and test simulators. Use test simulators such as the Simulation Driver Radar Recorder (SDRR). Education
Bachelor's Degree in disciplines involving operating systems software, electronics communications analysis and design, digital engineering, RF engineering, test engineering, networking, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, physics or related field. Qualifications
Experience maintaining legacy FAA systems, such as IDS. Practical experience performing technical work, supporting the form, fit, function of hardware. Knowledge of applicable FAA orders, directives, and criteria while designing test procedures, system requirements and evaluations. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, management, written and oral communication, and analytical skills. Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Work Requirements
Work location: WJHTC, Atlantic City, NJ Work Hours: Onsite 5 days per week. Normal working hours. Travel: 0% Physical requirements: Extended computer use; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; mobility to access office and server environments; manual dexterity and visual acuity; prolonged sitting and occasional standing. Background check: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Compensation
Salary at LST is determined by factors such as education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific requirements and applicable employment laws. The posted salary is a general guideline. The projected compensation range is for full-time, 40 hours/week; part-time staff are paid hourly. The range may reflect high geographic and high clearance considerations as part of LS Technologies total compensation.
