Summary: Our award-winning client is seeking an Engineering Services Manager to join their team. We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Services Manager to lead predictive and preventative maintenance programs at our glass container manufacturing facility. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering services, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you are a results-driven leader with deep expertise in manufacturing maintenance, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our plant's reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities: Lead maintenance programs: Develop and oversee predictive and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment longevity. Manage projects: Take charge of engineering services, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives from conception to completion. Ensure reliability: Audit and improve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as production equipment. Direct operations: Lead equipment installations, rebuilds, and process improvements, ensuring they meet our high standards for safety and quality. Oversee systems: Coordinate critical plant systems, including raw materials, fire protection, environmental controls, and power distribution. Provide leadership: Guide and mentor a team of supervisors and skilled tradespeople, providing technical training and fostering a culture of excellence. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science or Arts in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. You have at least 7 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setting. Technical Skills: You possess a deep understanding of electronics, hydraulics, and complex mechanical systems. Leadership: You are a proven leader with exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Computer Skills: You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Seniority level
