Base pay range : $35.00/hr - $55.00/hr We are looking for a Ford Certified Service Technician to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and carry sufficient Ford certifications. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. We will NOT be considering candidates without Ford Certification. If you do not have certification (or sufficient credits leading to certification) your application will immediately be denied. Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional needed services and provide time estimates for repairs Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications

2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Ford Certification required Previous experience at a Ford dealership is preferred B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair Dexterity and hand-eye coordination Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to improve Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and collaborate with others Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Employment type
