We are seeking a

Mechanical Engineer III

to support the design, development, and integration of advanced automation equipment and precision mechanical systems in manufacturing processes. This role focuses on delivering high-accuracy automation solutions while ensuring safety, reliability, and industry compliance. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekends as needed for project support) Interview Process:

Phone/Teams screen, followed by onsite interview if local. Virtual second interview if non-local. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components, fixtures, and systems for precision automation equipment. Apply expertise in precision motion control and assembly techniques to develop accurate automation solutions. Integrate actuators, sensors, and control systems into automated equipment. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on system integration and project execution. Conduct data analysis, troubleshoot systems, and optimize performance to meet precision and reliability requirements. Model systems using engineering principles, run simulations, and perform data analysis to validate designs. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, technical reports, and validation protocols. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering strongly preferred; candidates with extensive experience may be considered. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical design, automation, or manufacturing engineering. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD/Inventor) and analysis/statistical tools (MATLAB, Python, or R). Experience designing mechanical components and automation solutions for manufacturing (fixtures, material handling, etc.). Knowledge of precision motion control systems (stepper motors, servo motors, linear actuators) and motion control algorithms. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work in precision applications. Ability to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into cohesive systems. Experience with system-level troubleshooting and optimization. Desired Skills

Understanding of robotics, actuators, and sensors used in automation. Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) design. Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools. Knowledge of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text). How to apply
